- E8 Markets’ current futures lineup is Signature Futures plus Zero Starter and Zero Max. The current help center now documents which Signature rules apply to accounts purchased after July 14, 2026 at 20:00 UTC+2.
- Earn2Trade’s July 6 rule set removes the old 10-day minimum, but the 30% evaluation consistency rule still makes at least four profitable days necessary in practice. The same update makes a progression-ladder breach an evaluation failure and changes funded profit-split thresholds.
- The July promotion record needs corrections before the next countdown. FundedSeat now advertises 70% off without a public cutoff, WarBux says its 20% sale ends July 31, and Elite Trader Funding’s current official promo page lists GOFUTURES for evaluations with no expiry.
- Tradovate’s public status page showed its listed live, demo, execution, data, risk, evaluation-firm, funding, and payment services up at the July 27 follow-up check.
- No reviewed CFTC or CME item directly changed the account rules in this roundup. The CFTC’s July 23 action extends a public-comment period on 24/7 standard futures and certain energy perpetual contracts; it is a market-structure watch item, not a prop-firm rule change.
01. E8’s futures product map is now sourceable plan by plan
E8’s current help center presents E8 Signature Futures, E8 Zero Starter, and E8 Zero Max. The official product overview separates the products by drawdown, consistency, payout, news, holding, automation, and copier rules.
For Signature Futures, the official plan page says the current rule set applies to Signature Futures accounts purchased after July 14, 2026 at 20:00 UTC+2. It publishes:
- a one-step challenge;
- a 6% profit target;
- EOD dynamic drawdown by account size;
- no overnight holding, with positions forced closed daily at 15:10 CT;
- news trading and owner-controlled copy trading allowed;
- contract caps of 2, 4, 8, and 12 by the $25K, $50K, $100K, and $150K tiers.
The Signature payout-cap and buffer article was updated during the week of July 20. It says the performance-stage buffer equals the account’s EOD dynamic drawdown, lists payout caps by cycle, and limits Signature Futures to five payouts per account before the account closes and a free same-size challenge is issued.
Reader action: Existing E8 traders should use their purchase timestamp and product name before applying the current table. Do not assume a legacy Zero or earlier Signature account was automatically moved to the current terms.
02. Earn2Trade removed the calendar minimum, not the consistency math
Earn2Trade’s official July 6 announcement applies to evaluations purchased on or after July 6, 2026 and funded accounts granted from those evaluations.
Three changes matter:
- No fixed minimum trading days to pass. The 30% consistency rule remains, so no single day can be 30% or more of total evaluation profit. Earn2Trade says this produces at least four profitable days in practice.
- The progression ladder is now a hard evaluation rule. Exceeding the allowed position size fails the evaluation and requires a reset.
- Funded profit splits now depend on the withdrawal amount. On $25K–$200K accounts, withdrawals below the published account-size threshold use a 50/50 split; withdrawals at or above the threshold use 80/20 on the full amount. The $400K Trader Career Path account uses a fixed 60/40 split.
The current evaluation-rules help page repeats the no-fixed-minimum and 30% consistency interaction.
Reader action: If an Earn2Trade evaluation was purchased before July 6, verify its governing terms separately. For a newer account, a fourth profitable day is a mathematical consequence of the consistency threshold, not a reinstated minimum-day rule.
03. The promotion clock changed before month-end
The week’s most actionable pricing finding is a source conflict, not a bigger percentage.
| Firm | Verified July 24 finding | Action |
|---|---|---|
| FundedSeat | The current homepage advertises 70% off all accounts with no fixed cutoff in the reviewed public copy; the earlier JULY50/July 26 banner has rolled off | Remove the stale countdown only after data-owner approval; verify product and checkout scope |
| WarBux | 20% off all accounts, ending July 31, 2026; no public code shown | Recheck checkout and banner after July 31 |
| Redline Futures Funding | ROLEX gives 40% off one Electric account; tied promotion ends August 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT | Treat July 31 as the last full stated day and keep ROLEX separate from WEALTH |
| My Funded Futures | 300K gives 50% off Rapid, Pro, and Builder evaluations, maximum two uses; public card uses a moving countdown | Do not convert the timer into a fixed date without timezone evidence |
| E8 Markets | Code E8 is described as always available and up to 40% off depending on product | Do not give it a July 31 deadline |
| Elite Trader Funding | Current official promo page lists GOFUTURES at 80% off the first month of evaluations, excluding DTF, with no expiry | Reconcile against ComparePropFirms’ current JULY50/DTF record before changing any seed or page |
The complete deadline analysis is prepared in the separate Futures Prop-Firm Promotions Expiring by July 31, 2026 package. It should be linked here after both titles and URLs are approved.
04. Platform status: no verified Tradovate incident at the check
At the July 27 follow-up check, the Tradovate public status page showed every listed current service up, including live and demo execution, market data, risk and routing, evaluation accounts, and the named prop-firm connections shown on the page.
That observation is a point-in-time status check, not a guarantee about another user’s connection or another time. No first-party Rithmic incident record was found for a community/third-party degradation lead carried earlier in the week, so it remains unpublished as fact.
Reader action: For an execution issue, capture the timestamp, order ID, account ID, status-page result, connection details, screenshots, and the firm ticket. Do not rely on a community screenshot as the only incident record.
05. Regulatory and exchange watch
The CFTC’s July 23, 2026 release list includes an extension of the public-comment period on extending standard futures contracts to 24/7 trading and on perpetual contracts tied to physically delivered or storable energy commodities. That could matter to longer-term futures market structure, but it does not change any evaluation, simulated-funded, or live-stage rule discussed above.
The CME notice archive was reviewed through July 24. The recent notices include product, margin, technology, and listing items, but no reviewed notice changed the standard NQ/MNQ contract point values or the prop-firm plan rules in this roundup.
06. Pages produced and corrected during the week
ComparePropFirms’ local production record includes:
- the E8 Markets futures lineup update;
- the scalper-specific futures prop-firm ranking;
- the real cost of a $50K evaluation guide;
- the NQ/MNQ-specific futures prop-firm ranking.
The Friday reconciliation also found live-page or seed review work at FundedSeat and Elite Trader Funding. Those are approval items; this roundup does not silently change them.
07. Next-week watchlist
- FundedSeat’s replacement 70%-off offer, checkout scope, and any future published cutoff.
- Exact July 31 expirations, extensions, and offers that disappear without a replacement.
- Redline’s August 1, 12:00 AM PT rollover.
- Elite Trader Funding checkout evidence for GOFUTURES and whether JULY50 remains separately available on DTF.
- Any E8 clarification on legacy-account treatment.
- Scheduled drawdown-guide source refreshes.
- First-party platform incident notices only; community reports remain leads.
