WarBux is a crypto and stocks trader funding platform with a bold attitude and a simple promise: Trader Funding Made Killer. You build your account by instrument (crypto or S&P 100 equities), funding model, size, and platform, then trade under clear per-model parameters. The firm claims over $500,000 paid out with zero denied payouts, and every account is a one-time fee — no monthly billing anywhere on the site. Structurally, WarBux is a white-label: Warbux LLC fronts the brand while all funding assessments run through Prop Account, LLC / Prop Account LC (the same disclosure appears on every page).
Crypto traders get three models: 1-Step Funding (10% target, 80% split, < 33% consistency), Instant Funding (no evaluation, 80% split, < 20% consistency) and Instant Lite (no evaluation, 100% split, withdrawals unlock at +5%). Stocks traders get a separate 1-Step program on any S&P 100 equity products made available on the platform, up to $200K. Trading runs on DXTrade or GooeyPro, both with TradingView charting; crypto markets run 24/7 from Sunday 00:00 to Saturday 23:55 UTC.
The 30-second verdict
If you want cheap, on-demand-payout crypto funding — with code War the $5K 1-Step is $40 and the 100%-split Instant Lite is $52 — WarBux is one of the lowest-cost doors in the space, and the first payout needs only $100 in profit. The trade-offs: the consistency rule follows you onto funded accounts and blocks payouts until satisfied, payouts after your first wait 14 days despite the "daily cash outs" marketing, and several published numbers contradict each other across the site (detailed in the Expert Review). Treat it as a low-cost, high-attitude newcomer, not an established institution.
Our scoring breakdown
WarBux scores 3.5 overall: the effective profit split and straightforward funded rules lead, while the 14-day gap between withdrawals holds payout speed back.
- Very low one-time entry — crypto 1-Step $5K for $40 with code War; equities $5K for $36 on the same code; no monthly fees anywhere
- Two zero-evaluation models, including a 100%-profit-split product (Instant Lite)
- First payout on demand — $100 minimum, no minimum funded days
- Zero withdrawal fees from the firm; fiat (90+ currencies) and crypto payout rails
- Static crypto drawdowns that never trail — and a published worked example showing the floor doesn't reset after withdrawals
- Weekend holding free, no stop-loss mandate, bots allowed if coded in-platform
- Multiple accounts up to $1M eval + $1M funded active allocation
- Published per-symbol specs (leverage, margins, min/max sizes, hours) — rare transparency
- Consistency rule applies even on FUNDED accounts and blocks payouts until met (< 33% / < 20% / 25%)
- "Daily cash outs, no limits" marketing vs the actual rule: only the FIRST payout is on demand; then 14-day waits unless you buy the +15% Instant Payout add-on
- Strict news rule (±3 min) with P&L confiscation, plus broad discretion clauses and a $1,000 liability cap
- Low leverage: 5:1 only on BTC/ETH, 2:1 on everything else including equities
- Stale, self-contradictory site copy — outdated homepage FAQ rules, "50+ coins" vs 26 listed, financing-fee mismatch (firm's own site discrepancies, re-checked 2026-07-08)
- White-label structure (fees run through Prop Account, LLC), no refunds, no published team, HQ, or payout SLA
WarBux vs. two funded-account benchmarks
WarBux funds crypto and stocks; Topstep and Take Profit Trader are futures firms — different markets, same "get funded" decision. Here's how the deals compare.
| Metric | WarBux | Topstep | Take Profit Trader |
|---|---|---|---|
| Markets | Crypto + S&P 100 stocks | Futures | Futures |
| Cheapest Entry | $50$40 one-time ($5K crypto) | $165$85 ($50K eval) | ‹VERIFY› |
| Profit Split | 80% (100% on Instant Lite) | 90% / 10% | 80% / 20% (90% at Pro+) |
| Instant Funding Option | Yes — 2 models | No | No |
| First Payout | On demand ($100 min) | 5 days | ‹VERIFY› |
| Fee Model | One-time — no monthlies | Monthly eval | Monthly eval |
| CPF Score | 4.0 | 4.8 | 4.3 |
💡 Bottom line: WarBux wins on entry cost, one-time pricing, instant options and payout minimums — if crypto or S&P 100 stocks are your market. If you trade futures, it simply isn't the product; Topstep and Take Profit Trader are the established routes there. WarBux's youth, white-label structure and contradictory site copy are the risk column to weigh against its price.
- One-time fee — no monthlies
- 6% STATIC max drawdown (never trails)
- First payout on demand · $100 minimum
- Weekend holding free · no stop-loss mandate
- Add-ons: 90% split, Payout Protector
- Traders who want the cheapest entry
- Swing-style crypto traders who value a static floor
- Traders who can't keep their best day under 33% of profits
- Anyone needing published reset/scaling terms
💡 Reality check: the homepage advertises "Withdraw profits anytime. No limits. Daily cash outs." — WarBux's help center says only your first payout is on demand; subsequent payouts run every 14 days unless you bought the Instant Payout add-on (+15%, Instant and Instant Lite only). We present the help-center rule as current (documented homepage-vs-help-center contradiction; arts. 12733728/12733759).
What the Trustpilot rating shows
WarBux carries a TrustScore of 3.8 from 16 reviews on Trustpilot (captured 2026-07-08). The profile is claimed by the company, listed under Educational Institution, and has been on Trustpilot since November 2025 — a small, young review base, so weight it accordingly. We don't reproduce individual review text here; the per-star distribution wasn't captured.
What WarBux says about itself
These are the firm's own marketing claims, not independent reviews: an animated "Over $500,000 Paid Out" counter with the line "Over half a million paid out to traders. No denied payouts.", and nine payout-certificate graphics on the homepage ranging from $280 to $12,133.76, dated November 28, 2025 through April 22, 2026, each marked "Approved by the BDH." The oldest of those certificates is also the earliest public activity evidence we found for the brand — treat the operating history as short.
Our editorial rating
ComparePropFirms rates WarBux 4.0 / 5 ("Good"): genuinely cheap one-time pricing, two instant models including a 100%-split product, and an on-demand first payout — offset by funded-account consistency gates, the 14-day subsequent-payout rule, low leverage, and self-contradictory site copy. See the Expert Review tab for the full reasoning.
WarBux sells trader funding with a skull-and-crossbones grin — "Trader Funding Made Killer" — across two markets: crypto (26 published USD pairs) and US stocks (the S&P 100 list). Under the brand, it's a white-label: Warbux LLC runs the storefront while assessments and fees flow through Prop Account, LLC / Prop Account LC, a disclosure printed on every page. That structure isn't unusual in this industry, but it matters: your agreements, and roughly where the buck stops, sit with the white-label provider, and WarBux caps its own liability at the lesser of what you paid or $1,000, with no refunds on anything.
The offer: genuinely cheap, genuinely flexible
Every account is a one-time fee — no monthly billing exists on the site — and with code War taking 20% off every account, the crypto 1-Step starts at $40 for $5K. The same code covers the rest: Instant Funding at $84 and the 100%-split Instant Lite at $52. Equities start at $36. The payout floor is just $100, the first payout is on demand with no minimum funded days, WarBux charges nothing on withdrawals (network gas aside), and the rails are practical: Columis for ETH/BTC/USDC, Rise for 90+ fiat currencies or 100+ coins. Add the paid add-ons — 90% split, relaxed drawdown, relaxed consistency, Payout Protector, Instant Payout — and you can effectively build your own rule set. Crypto drawdowns are static, which I prefer to trailing: the floor never chases your equity up, and WarBux publishes a worked example confirming the floor also doesn't reset after withdrawals.
The catches: consistency, the 14-day wait, and the news ban
Three rules will bite unprepared traders. First, the consistency rule applies on funded accounts too: your best profitable day must stay under 33% (1-Step) or 20% (Instant/Instant Lite) of total profits, and payouts stay locked until it does — one great day literally delays your money until you dilute it. Second, the homepage's "Daily cash outs. No limits." is marketing: per the help center, only your first payout is on demand; after that it's every 14 days unless you bought the +15% Instant Payout add-on. Third, the news rule prohibits opening positions within 3 minutes either side of a "News Event," with penalties up to P&L confiscation or breach — defined at the Company's sole discretion. Add 2:1 leverage on everything except BTC/ETH (5:1), a 30-day inactivity breach, and, on equities, a trailing drawdown plus a daily profit cap and a hard 15:55 ET flat rule, and the "no rules" attitude turns out to have plenty of rules.
The bigger caution: the site contradicts itself
Our audit logged seven self-contradictions on WarBux's own pages, including: a stale homepage FAQ still describing old Instant rules (8%/8%) and a discontinued "Instant Target" product whose help link 404s (the current help center calls it Instant Lite); "over 50 of the top coins" claimed against 26 actually listed; a financing fee stated as 0.05%/day in prose but 0.08% in the symbols table; terms text limiting you to one account per level while the help center allows multiples up to $1M + $1M; and SpaceX promoted site-wide without SPCX appearing on any published symbol list. None of these is disqualifying alone — young firms iterate faster than they edit — but collectively they mean you should verify any number that matters against the help center before you buy (the full contradiction list is in our seed audit notes).
Who it's for
WarBux fits a crypto trader who wants funded exposure for pocket change, understands consistency math, and treats the first on-demand payout as the real product. Instant Lite at 100% split is the cleanest expression of the offer: pay $52, grow 5%, withdraw it all, repeat. It is not the pick for traders who need an established track record — the earliest public payout evidence is dated November 2025, Trustpilot couldn't be verified at capture, and no team, HQ, payout SLA, or scaling plan is published. Small tickets, help-center rules, eyes open.
What you need to know
The eligibility-relevant facts WarBux actually publishes.
What symbols can I trade at WarBux?
Crypto: 26 USD pairs published on the symbols page — BTC and ETH at 5:1 leverage, every other coin at 2:1 (leverage is applied automatically and can't be changed). Equities: any S&P 100 equity products made available on the platform, at 2:1. Note the homepage's “over 50 of the top coins” claim exceeds the 26 actually listed (firm's own site discrepancy).
Are commissions charged?
Yes on crypto: “Cryptocurrency trading is subject to a percentage-based commission rate of 0.05% of the total notional trade volume, charged per side (USD amount * 0.0005).” Equities: $0.02 per share per side, subject to a $0.50 minimum commission per transaction (help article 14507323, captured 2026-07-08).
Are stop losses required?
No — WarBux does not require traders to place a stop loss.
What constitutes a breach?
Violating the Max Drawdown rule — the Assessment fails or the Funded Account is revoked. Crypto drawdowns are static: 6% max on 1-Step and Instant, 3% on Instant Lite.
Can I hold positions over the weekend?
Yes, at no additional cost. Crypto markets run Sunday 00:00 to Saturday 23:55 UTC, so there's barely a weekend to sit through anyway.
Is there an inactivity breach?
Yes — no trading activity for 30 consecutive days breaches the account.
What are the rules for each level?
Crypto 1-Step: 10% target, 4% daily loss, 6% static max, best day under 33% of profits, 80% split. Instant: no target, 3% daily, 6% static, under 20%, 80% split. Instant Lite: no target, 1.5% daily, 3% static, under 20%, 100% split, and 5% profit required before withdrawing. Equities 1-Step: 2.5% daily, 4% trailing drawdown, 3 minimum trading days; funded adds a 25% consistency rule at an 80% split.
What countries are accepted?
All countries except OFAC-listed ones, subject to compliance with applicable laws and Company discretion. No explicit country list is published.
Can I have more than one account?
Yes — multiple active accounts with the same plan type and starting balance are allowed. The only stated limit is $1,000,000 in active Evaluation allocation plus $1,000,000 in active Funded allocation (art. 12733304). NOTE: the terms page still carries an older one-account-per-level clause — a documented contradiction; the help center is the operative policy.
Can I use bots or automated strategies?
DXTrade doesn't support automated strategies by default, but there are no restrictions if you can program the strategy directly within DXTrade. EAs or third-party systems that facilitate copy trading are strictly prohibited, and copy trading is only allowed between accounts you own.
Can I trade during news events?
No — opening a position within 3 minutes before or after a News Event (for example a “Red Folder” release) is prohibited. Penalties: position closed and P&L removed, leverage reduced, or the account breached — with the Company deciding what counts as a News Event.
What are the withdrawal options?
Columis (ETH, BTC, USDC) and Rise (fiat to your local bank in 90+ currencies, or crypto in 100+ supported coins). WarBux charges no withdrawal fees; blockchain gas fees apply on crypto rails.
When can I withdraw, and what happens to my drawdown?
First withdrawal: any time once the consistency rule is met and you have at least $100 in profit. Subsequent withdrawals: every 14 days, unless you hold the Instant Payout add-on. Your maximum-drawdown floor does not reset after a withdrawal — WarBux publishes a worked example ($100K grown to $120K, withdraw $16,000, trader receives $14,400, floor stays at $94,000).
What is the consistency rule?
It applies to ALL accounts — evaluation and funded: Best Profitable Day ÷ Total Profits × 100 must stay below your product's threshold (33% on 1-Step, 20% on Instant and Instant Lite, 25% on equities funded). Payouts are blocked until it's satisfied, so after an outsized day you keep trading until that day is a small enough share of the total.
